1861 City of Norfolk $1 note rare
My grandfather was a passionate collector of coins and rare currency he passed on in 2006 leaving my father his lifes treasures. My father has recently passed on himself and left everything to me. I don't know a whole lot about grading the conditions of these notes, so in my unproffesional opion I'd have to say this note is in fine condition, maybe even extra fine.
