6 Bronze commemorative medals of Syttende Mai in Stoughton Wisconsin. The four earlier coins have their original cases. They were cleaned because green foam was imbedded on the back side. The two from 1966 and 1967 still look pitted on the back side. Also, because they were cleaned most of the patina is gone.

1967 – Ship on front, Mandt wagon on back. Mandt wagons were manufactured in Stoughton. At their peak, 30,000 were produced annually.
1970 – Per Lysne on front (father of Norwegian rosemaling in America). Freyr, God of fruitfulness on back. Uneven patina on front and back
1972 – Old Sawmill and dam, the beginning of the city of Stoughton in 1847. Saint Olaf on back, receiving tribute from his people
1977 – Edvard Grieg, Norway’s most famous composer. City Hall and library 1900 on back, insealed plastic
1979 – The art of Norway. Our first hospital 1904 on back, in sealed plastic
