English front and Norwegian back. It is made of untearable polymer, biaxially oriented polypropylene. It was issued in march of 2007.It is 8 cm by 16 cm in size. Shipping is $2.99 to Canada & $3.99 to the USA Mainland lower 48 states, no exceptions.Each extra BILL is $ .50 to either country.Each extra set or lot will be $ 1.75 to either country.Any auction won the highest shipping price will be used first than the discount prices will be followed.Insurance will be included if the total price of shipping to Canada is over $ 14 & over $ 16 to the USA at no extra cost.
