S. postage and handling is $1.25. Insurance is $1.65 up to $50, $2.05 up to $100, $2.45 for up to $200, $4.60 up to $300, $5.50 plus $.90 per $100 above that. Or can be sent at buyer\'s risk. Foreign without insurance $2.25 at buyer\'s risk. Payment by check, money order or postal money order preferred because this is a donated item and Paypal takes 5% and up service fee which they do not refund as eBay does.
